The embedded two-way rotary joint is a rotary joint specially designed for the continuous casting machine of the metallurgical industry. It is used for internal cooling of the rolls on the continuous casting machine to increase the life of the rolls. The inner cooling rolls cooled using a rotary joint generally have a longer service life than the externally cooled solid rolls. This series of rotary joints inserts the shell into the inside of the roller. After the installation, the outer cover can only see the end cap. The shell is buried inside the roller and rotates synchronously with the roller. It adopts balanced sealing structure and oil-free bearing support; the joint does not need lubrication for life, and can be automatically compensated.
